Our Response

In response to the devastating toll the COVID-19 pandemic has taken on the travel industry and the global community of professionals who are supported by it, responsible travel company Myght Inc. has unveiled a new program designed to offer some relief and support to responsible travel advisors. This program was created especially for advisors experiencing commission loss this year due to travel cancellations in the wake of coronavirus travel restrictions.

The program, which launched on April 1, is facilitated through the Myght Travel Network to provide commission split flexibility on all agency travel bookings. It also gives advisors access to technology for travel booking and response teams, training and education, and access to enhanced commissions through Myght’s travel consortium partnership.

OUR SOLUTION

The solution can be deployed quickly and at a nominal cost, giving travel advisors impacted by the crisis immediate aid and support. Starting January 1, 2021, travel agencies and partners will have the option to continue at standard pricing disclosed in IC agreement or discontinue the service.

*IATA & CLIA requires proof of sales with new agency members through Myght will require $5,000 in net revenue per year.

*** Our E&O policy cover hybrid tour bookings to an extent. Upon signing up we will evaluate and discuss options. Please note that final say on claims is solely upon review by insurance and Myght has no say or influence on final decisions.

  • How do we sign up?

    You must attend the webinar to ensure that we are aligned with your values and that this program makes sense for you. Since we are offering an opportunity for you to retain 100% commission we will be limiting some services traditional agencies offer.

  • What are the differences between Myght's Program and other Host Agencies?

  • What are we asking from you?

    The COVID-19 situation has impacted hundreds of our industry friends including our company. Since this is out of anyone’s control, we wanted to find a solution that supports our community while allowing us to continue growing in these times.

    What we are asking from you? You will retain the chosen commission by following all our terms & conditions in our IC agreement (similar to other hosts). We offer the same benefits as all the seasoned host agencies in the country without the exorbitant monthly fee for 100% commission. The big difference is that we will not be able to offer key admin tasks that other host agencies are offering.

  • If we attend the webinar are we guaranteed a spot?

    We cannot guarantee that all interested applicants will be invited to participate. All interested participants will be invited to submit an interest form.
